Instability of frequency of lasers is one of the major parameters of radiation who defines success of application of lasers in anemometry, gravimetry, interferometry and spectral measurements. In the present work, on the basis of model generalized diffusion process, conditions of application fractal analysis for an estimation of instability of frequency of radiation of the laser are investigated. In addition to widely used parameter of an estimation of long-term instability of frequency of radiation of lasers - Alan's to parameter which provides quality standard of casual behaviour of frequency of radiation of lasers, in work it is offered to use fractal dimension as parameter of a quantitative estimation of instability of the frequency, based on properties generalized diffusion process.
