The arrangement of the transport module manipulator mechanisms that ensure the ability to move cargo on board scheme overboard considered in this article. A method for selecting the node coordinates jacking on the boom and the skid, which allows operation of the system throughout the lifting range of the boom. Constructive – layout scheme of lifting and handling equipment transport and loading vehicle are offered.
