The dependence of the mark shift from the moving target on the exit of the optimal RSA filter was researched and also the change of its width and brightness dependent on target's speed. It is also shown that during angle modulation of the reflected signal, for example due to periodical movement of shifting target details (wheels of an automobile, crawlers and wheels of a tank), few azimuth shifted false targets appear. Expressions were deduced for determination of the size of the shift, the width and the brightness of the false targets which will allow to develop mark compensation (elimination) methods from false targets.
