The necessity of additional increase of degree of compact presentation of realistic images is shown with the controlled error. On the basis of the conducted analysis a necessity is grounded creation of approaches in relation to reduction of new types of surplus in the transforms of two measuring transformation of Walsh. The basic features of combinatory approach are expounded in relation to presentation of transforms two measuring transformation of Walsh. Possibility of additional increase of degree of compression of videoinformation is proved due to reduction of combinatory surplus in the transforms of two measuring transformation of Walsh.
