The simplified physical model of distribution of radio waves in troposphere radiowaveguides (TWG) above the marine surface is considered, on the basis of which the TWG is presented as an equivalent element of radio channel. His passband and time of signal delay is determined in TWG. Formulas are adduced for the expansion of signal spectrum calculation, which spreads in the troposphere waveguide the lower line of which is the agitated surface of sea. The estimation of influence of aboverefraction distribution of radio waves is conducted according to the quality of work of communication networks with narrowband signals. Possibility of origin of high level obstacles in the nearby ductings of such systems during the prosecution in the conditions of presence of troposphere waveguides of sea is rotined.
