Approach to time-frequency analysis of multi component LFM signals based on the extraction of pairs phase coupled spectral components by using parametrical estimation of bispectral densities of sequences of short-time signal segments and autoregressive model is proposed. Experimental results of backscattered signal processing for moving human obtained by Doppler radar operating in millimeter wavelength are represented.
