Analysis of mathematical apparatus of basic quality indexes determination of combined radio engineering system operation is represented in the conditions of general time-scale and frequency mismatch influence of universal time facilities. The article shows that limitation of an information symbol duration which is used for ensuring accepted error probability level of its reception can lead to abrupt increase of error dispersion. This increase can not be correctly justified from physical point of view and the cross-correlation function splash is linked with anomalous discharges. Thus, usage of used known mathematical methods for these conditions is not correct. It is expedient to offer more correct error determination method of the combined radio engineering system in consideration of frequency and time mismatch influence.
