In the article the task of estimation complexity of operation implementation of drafting is examined at presentation of information in a structurally-sectional code with minimum informative surplus. For operation realization of drafting by a conveyer method without indemnification or with mutual indemnification of transferences the mathematical models of summarizings are got, built on normalization and control of result. The received mathematical models allowed to estimate complication of realization of functional diagrams of discrete devices for the different variants of information coding.
