Bases of realization of monitoring of reliability of the systems of supervision and notification on stationary objects and performance aspects of decline of risk of their exploitation are considered in the article. The selection of the systems of supervision and notification on the criterion of maximal faultlessness is grounded. The terms of providing of faultless work of the systems of supervision and notification by the calculation of necessary amount of duplicating contours are resulted. The mathematical ground of optimum actions is given for liquidation of refusal in the system of supervision-notification.
