The opportunity and necessity of imitating modeling application for improvement of population service quality is proved at purchase of drugs and medical products in retail pharmacy establishments. Statement of the task in view of specificity of retail trade by pharmaceutical production has been presented. Parameters of imitating model are counted, directions of its development is described. Instruments of model realization are elected, sequence and ways of computer modeling are determined.
