Development of module of software in the automated checking and account of electric power systems for decision of tasks of energy conservation

The ground of requirements is conducted on implementation of functions the devices of account of electric power for measurings of tension, current, frequency of network, active, reactive and complete power on every phase, and also усредненного value of power for half-hourly periods and measuring time. Consideration of structure of the automated checking and account of electric power systems is offered both on composition of incoming in them hardwares and on the levels of informative streams от the primary sources of measuring to the center of collection and treatment of the got information. Creation of the module (to programmatic part of the automated system of account and control of electric power) is offered, for realization of functions of export of information of calculation in other products of softwares for subsequent treatment, and also an algorithm, allowing to realize an user interface for the calculation of electricity charges for the different objects of industry and budgetary organizations, is developed.
