Necessity of perfection of diagnostics methods of a technical state of low-element antenna arrays is shown. Analytical expressions for an estimation of errors of functioning electrically-operated phase shifters as a part of phased array by a method of Walsh discrete transformation taking into mutual couplings of radiators are resulted. Results of mathematical modelling of diagnostics testify to that, estimations of errors of phase shifters possess properties unbiasedness and a consistency.
