The principles of generation of noise microwave radiation in radiotechnical and e lectronic systems are considered. It is shown that in electronic devices the shanking interaction, the transition and braking radiation act as the mechamisms of instabilities appearance. The analysis of laboratory investigations of noise oscillators with stochastic modulation in autonomous wave system at the expense of growth of growth of own instability of noise self-excited oscillators in it with lumped parametrs is conducted. The recommendations as to the choice of self-excited oscillators parameters of random oscillations with distributed interaction are given.
