The method of statistical estimation parameters of signals is synthesize the digital algorithm of estimation of phase of harmonic signal of in-use by gausovskim noise. Estimation size of loss of the synthesized algorithm as compared to an optimum estimation. Basic calculation correlations are resulted allowing to estimate exactness and displacement of estimation of phase at the different gravimetric functions of the phase counting out. real work there is a theoretical synthesis of digital algorithms of evaluation of phase of harmonic signal, accepted on a background a gaussian hindrance, conditioned internal noises of receiving highway of the phase radio engineering system. Signum-transformation of initial mixture of signal and hindrance is thus used.
