The network model of formalization of knowledges about resources for a dynamic objects control is presented. However much the use only of standard types of tops in a network model does not allow to formalize knowledge about resources. To the traditional types of tops, to utillized in the generalized network model, the tops of comparison are added. The tops of comparison are described by the set of binary or unary statements. Statements appear procedures of comparison of current value of sign with standard. Temporal and spatial comparison operators are also entered. Statements, describing point and interval events, are presented. Classification of spatial comparison operators is offered.
