In this article the ways of using ash in reinforced concrete are considered, which may impair the chemical dirtiness of the territories near the heat stations of Ukraine leading the improvement of the nations’ health. A mechanism of interaction of heat station waste products with minerals of cement is considered. In the article technological and mechanical characteristics of concrete with addition of grind ash have been researched. There was examined a construction of a mill for mechanical activation of ashes, also, the peculiarity of technological regime of grinding was examined. It is stated, that grinded ashes after heat treatment of building materials, provide the rise of durability to 18…48% after 24 hours of hardening starting from the moment of manufacturing.
