Led ground of necessity of development of technologies of compression of binary description of transforms on the basis of the use adaptive one foundation of the position encoding of sequences of unidimensional lengths of cerouss of binary areas. The construction of method is expounded two stage adaptive one foundation of the position decoding, carrying out the reconstruction of columns of array of cerouss of binary elements without the loss of information in the case when length of the last column of array is unknown. Grounded, that for the leadthrough of decoding sufficient is the following information: length of complete column of array of lengths of cerouss of binary elements; size of foundation of adaptive position number.
