Every day the volumes of the processed information are continuously increasing. Thus, the necessity of different means which help people in the processing arises. For the political systems the objective of current importance is to build transparent relations with the citizenry, even so the main type of interaction is the provision of information services. The effective solution to this issue can be achieved by means of implementation of the virtual technology. In this article the activity of the department that deals with public appeals is considered as well as the information system’s fragment for this department is suggested.
