In article the questions connected with working out of standard documents on metrology, defining methodical bases of an estimation of uncertainty of measurements are considered at calibration of measuring instruments. Available requirements to an uncertainty estimation in the legislation of Ukraine and operating standard documents are analysed. Procedure of formation of documents is offered according to uncertainty at calibration, and also methodical approaches to its estimation at use of various methods of calibration. The information about developed in NSC «Institute of metrology» basic methodical documents is resulted according to uncertainty at calibration of measuring instruments.
