The fenomenological approach is offered for forecasting of probabilistic descriptions of tireless destruction of aviation constructions, different from physical methods the use of statistical information, tests of standards got as a result on resistance a fatigue. For the probabilistic estimation of tireless longevity a Markov mathematical model is used, authentication of parameters of which in the conditions of small selection of supervisions is carried out on the basis of maximum likelihood method. The features of the presented approach are demonstrated on the example of standards made from a durability aluminium alloy, applied in the aviation constructions.
