In the article the function of transformation of measuring channel of moving of light-spot is offered on the layer of differential touch-control, that allowed to get analytical dependences of such statistical metrology descriptions as a nominal function of transformation, sensitiveness, error of non-linearity, additive and multiplicative constituent of errors.
