Description: On the basis of analysis of experience of application of facilities of air attack in the last armed conflicts, loud speakers of development of zenithal rocket armament in the leading countries of the world a necessity and possibility of creation of the new zenithal rocket system of long-range is rotined for Military Powers of Ukraine and basic suggestions are formulated in relation to a structure, composition and features of battle application of the system of such type.
