The algorithm of estimation of the functional state of operator of visual type and information technology, allowing to estimate the functional state of operator of visual type in the process of decision of visual tasks of different kind is offered in work. Possibility of the use of index of multicollinearity matrices is shown for an estimation degree of tension of the explored functional system and possibility of its use as a integrative index for the estimation of the functional state of operator in the process of decision of visual tasks.
