For measuring of co-ordinates of objects GIS it is suggested to use the vehicles of spaces of navigations only on a geostationary orbit. The existent method of estimation of potential exactness of measuring of co-ordinates of objects of space navigation is analysed taking into account geometrical correlations in the system (geometrical factor of PDOP). Shown, that the use of geostationary vehicles of spaces for measuring of co-ordinates of objects of space navigation is laboured. Objects are analysed GIS as objects of measurings of navigations. It is suggested to use the new geometrical factor of PDOP -GIS. Potential exactness of measuring of co-ordinates of objects is estimated GIS with the use of geostationary vehicles of spaces and geometrical factor of PDOP-GIS.
