The paper describes the constructing method of the collection and data storage module of the nanotechnological processes control system based on the software modules that can receive data from disparate sources and lead to a unified format, which speeds up their further processing. Using the system allows to work effectively both with the current experimental data, and the historical ones. The architecture of the designed system, the protocols of its components, as well as methods of further processing of experimental data are described.
