Information interchange processes in communication interaction of executors of the innovative project are considered. The choice of communication channels for communication of information necessary to address key functional tasks of the project, is considered taking into account the main criteria and constraints: the cost and reliability of the channel, the transmission of information. Formulate the optimization problem of а choice of information communication channels for the organisation of communication interactions of executors of the project using the method of integer linear programming with Boolean variables. To solve the multiobjective problem using the importance of individual criteria, estimated by experts.
