The algorithm of measurements uncertainty evaluation on the basis of models of a transparent and black boxes is analysed, features of uncertainty evaluation of input quantity values on type A and B, drawing up of the uncertainty budget, calculation of the total standard and expanded uncertainty for correlated and uncorrelated input quantity are considered. Realization of procedure of management of uncertainty PUMA from the given and projected measuring processes are resulted.
