The method of accuracy improvement of certified values characteristics extended uncertainty estimation as main part of basic metrology characteristics of standard sample has given. The method is based on Johnson transformation of an expanded uncertainty distribution low. A quantiles accuracy estimation for uncertainty components estimated as type A as B ware investigated. The parameters of Johnson curves ware estimated by the moment’s method. The given method availability for increasing material expanded uncertainty estimation was shown.
