Uncertainty and accuracy of measurements as parameters of optimal description their results

Structure of the optimal description of the measurement results, taking into account a priori information about the system object-meter determines the macroscopic properties of the observed object, as fuzzy values. Author offered to consider the relative complexity of the algorithmic description of the measurement results as a measure of their uncertainty. The optimal value of precision parameter descriptions can be regarded as the accuracy of measurement of relevant variables. A constructive approach to the description of the measurement results, which do not use the concept of the true value of the measured value, is proposed. The equations of dynamics for such a description do not lead to the paradox of irreversibility.
