Measurement – new dialogue

In article attempt to present measurement procedure as dialogue between the researcher and object of the difficult nature is resulted. The interrelation of transition from error estimations to uncertainty evaluation with change of a scientific paradigm is shown. The indicators, which allow estimating stability of dynamic systems, are resulted. Elements of works of authors with use of the separate moments of the resulted concept are marked.
