Annotations languages:

The dependence of the risk of manufacturer is certain on the expanded uncertainty of measuring mean. An imitation statistical design is used. In lines of a spreadsheet process of manufacturing and the control of a gear wheel is modeled. In columns are modeled: the serial number, the true amount, the estimation of the conformance on a two-point scale, the various valid error of measurement at use of the chosen gauge, the total result of manufacturing and measurement, the percent of conformance details. Methods are intended for teaching of master’s degrees (technologists and metrologists), and also for researches.
Keywords: gear wheel, the length of the common normal, uncertainty, an error, a deviation, the percent of incorrectly discarded wares
