The analysis of software products of remote learning for today shows, that the set of dialogue means in the majority of systems is limited to e-mail, a chat and a forum in their traditional execution. The knowledge control is spent on the basis of the executed examinations and sometimes of on-line testing systems, i.e. there is a problem of correct knowledge estimation that have not enough level, for example, in case of the conflict of terminological base of the student and the teacher. In connection with the aforesaid there is a question about introduction of new technologies additional students' knowledge estimation, especially at the stage of self-checking which would allow to raise a correctness of a definitive estimation of knowledge level at the expense of supervision over intellectual behavior of the user in the course of learning. The perspective approach here is formation of the users' rating of educational debatable forums and boards when knowledge in certain area are estimated not only by teachers but by other subjects of learning.
