There is considered the task of the detection of amplitude manipulated hydro-acoustic signal with linear frequency modulation. Analytic expressions, which were derived in the paper, can facilitate the prognosis of basic characteristics of hydroacoustic signal receivers in tricky conditions of hydro-acoustic channels, which are characterized with extended multipath and dynamics of their properties.
