There has been suggested a method of constructing algebraic concatenated convolutional code based on the use of generating polynomials non-binary cyclic block codes over various finite fields to determine the convolutional codes of external and internal level coding. It is shown that the method allows to determine concatenated convolutional codes with large lengths to with code limits with preset parameters and agreed codes of rates of external and internal level coding.
