Problems of organization personnel strategical management and possibility of strategical personnel tasks resolving under conditions of automated personnel management system are considered. Classification and analysis of basic groups of indices of organization personnel potential are accomplished, formalized methods of these indices estimation is offered. Generalized algorithm of estimation of typical rated indices, using elements of classification, decision making theory is developed.
