This work is devoted to renovate of extinction and radar scattering coefficients database which is regularly used by personnel of working in Ukraine radar surveillance network for estimations of rain effects on radar parameters. With this aim more precision calculations of these coefficients there were made for standard sets of frequency in 1-100 GHz range and of rain intensity in 1-150 mm/hour range and obtained results is displayed in graphical form. For local rain statistics and local radar working frequencies the tested on empirical data modern calculation models is given to radar personnel. Simultaneously new analytical expressions were inserted in mentioned models to increase their precision in everyday using.
