Method for constructing algebraic concatenated convolutional codes in the frequency domain

There has been suggested a method of constructing algebraic concatenated convolutional codes in the frequency domain based on the use of the inverse Fourier transform in finite fields. It is shown that the method allows the frequency domain algebraically defines convolutional codes of external and internal level coding of concatenated code.
