The article considers several methods for evaluating the uncertainty of uncorrelated indirect measurements: the traditional method, the Monte Carlo method, the method of transformation, the method of enumeration and the bootstrap method. We analyze and compare these approaches and provide recommendations on their practical application. Our analysis is illustrated through utilizing each method in the same example of the measurement of the density of a solid body.
