Indemnification of influence of ionosphere on elements of polarization scattering matrix of space objects at distribution of radiolocation signal

Influence of ionosphere on the elements of polarization scattering matrix of space objects at distribution of radiolocation signal is considered. The methods of diminishing of this influence are offered and the sizes of errors of determination of ellipse corner at passing signal through an ionosphere are appraised.
