The comparative analysis of information receipt facilities for the meteorological supply of wind turbines (WT) is executed. It is shown, that horizontal radio acoustical sounding systems (HRASS) are perspective. The parameters of space area in which it is necessary to get information about wind are defined. Influence of vertical gradient of horizontal windspeed is appraised on inclination of acoustic reflector and focus displacement. It is shown, that for speeds of wind which modern WT work at, and the deflection of focal spot is insignificant and allows placing antennas of HRASS under the windwheel cowling.
