Approach to the dynamics of surface water state of Siversciy Donets river basin within bounds of the Kharkov region modeling on the base of OLAP and GIS-technologies by the ecologo-economic monitoring data measured on the supervision fasts during 2007-2009 y.y. is offered. Business-processes models for consideration and analysis the dynamics of surface water state on the base of OLAP and GIS-technologies are considered. The transaction database for the results of monitoring saving is developed by facilities of ERwin 4.0, analytical base — by facilities of package Deductor Academic 5.1. Matters which are most contaminants on the supervision fasts where indicated. GIS-designing by facilities of ArcGIS 9 allowed to expose enterprises which are the greatest sources of water resources pollution. Models are offered as components for decision support system for the regional level ecological service analyst.
