The principles of automation module development of evaluation of point pollution sources which influence on the quality of water in the Azov sea is offered. The module implements a system for evaluation of sea water state, according to environmental and economic monitoring data, which allows you to rank the point sources of industrial enterprises by the impact on the marine ecosystem and displays distribution diagram of pollutants for each enterprise on the electronic map. Transactional database for the results of monitoring saving was designed using CASE technologies, namely ERWin 4.0.The module is based on GIS technology. All calculations were made using the built-in Arcview 3,2a programming language Avenue. The end user is the analyst of the State Environmental Inspection of the Azov Sea.
