Distinctive requirements come to light to the methods of compression of images in the systems of the aerospace monitoring. Direction of perfection of processes of compression of images is grounded for the increase of efficiency of functioning of the systems of the aerospace monitoring. Basic design of methodology of forming of component constituents of dynamic compression times are expounded. Shown, that for diminishing of total amount of digits on code presentation of elements of video sequences in the system of dynamic compression it is required to build multilevel differential polyadical space.
