The new approach to multifunction radar station accompaniment mode control is described. It is based on simultaneous taking into account (by means of nonlinear compromise scheme) mutually contradictory requirements of target accompaniment given accuracy support, and the concerned radar station power and time consumption minimization. It is shown, that the given mode optimal control method synthesized on its basis is a profitable, in respect to multifunction radar station efficiency, alternative to traditional control methods. Each of them separately minimize target accompaniment errors, radar station power or time consumption.
