In the given work the criterial quality management model of educational process was developed. It allows to determine the causes of the efficiency change: relative change of the teaching level, relative change of the methodical maintenance level, relative change of the quality students recruitment level. Application of the proposed the criterial quality management model of educational process for solving the problem of improving the quality and controllability will make it possible to optimize an educational process for various external and internal factors.
