Modal and vector theory of the formal intellectual systems. Basic determinations

The article deals with the formal approach to the development of intellectual system capable to solve the tasks of "strong" intelligence. Such systems are developed from universal modules that function according to the unified algorithm without mathematical procedures of information transformation. The basis of modules development and functioning is the principle of shaping the vector of values (modes) of recognizable image specific features with its subsequent implicative mapping onto a point (detector) of the area of higher level module hierarchy. The works describes the module structure and functioning as well as the main definitions of the suggested theory.
