The methods of creation of the adaptive automatic control systems with intellectual prediction for the difficult multicoherent control object were investigated. The in-plant automatic control systems with self-tuning and PID regulators and predicting model were developed. On the example of design control of blast-furnace process it was appraised the efficiency of the offered in-plant systems for the non-stationary linear and nonlinear control ductings with noise.
