The work is devoted to mathematical modeling of processes in the bulk of electrochemiluminescent sensor with working electrode modified by thin functional films. The dynamics of reactant concentration in the bulk censor cell was obtained. The influence of interelectrode spacing on the kinetics of transient processes in the sensor response is determined. The results of numerical simulation allow multifactor optimizing of construction of such type of analytical devices.
