The problem of selection of the relevant reengineering alternative for the logistic system of the distributed manufacture control is stated and solved. The main criteria to estimate such reengineering costs as price, duration of management cycle, project risk and reliability are considered. The problem is stated and solved in terms of integer-valued linear programming with Boolean variables. The multi-criteria formulation of the optimization task that considers the importance of the selected criteria is proposed.
