The current state of comparisons of standards of time and frequency radio engineering methods. Described the main methods of comparison (radiometer and satellite) and held an analysis of their algorithms. Shows the correlation for estimating the shear scale of standards and fundamental errors of algorithms. The classification and proposed methods of estimation of measurement uncertainty for both the algorithm and the basic methods for comparisons of standards.
